EDITING BUTTON NAMES :


e.g. : Editing name of About us button.

1. Choose Window > Inspectors > Scene
2. Select Scene Intro
3. Select the layer About Us Button
4. At frame 88 there is About Us Button ;double click to make changes in the action,( Set Variable: "title"="ABOUT US" )
Similarly, make changes in other Button Names
6. Choose Control > Test Movie


EDITING TEXT :


Editing "About Us" section.

e.g. : Editing scrolling text of About us.

1. Choose Window > Library
2.
Select Folder Scroll > About us >    window About us
3. Double click on the movie clip - window About us.
4. Select the layer Action in the Timeline.
5. At frame 52 there is an action "Set Variable". Place the text in the Value field.
Note : Text must be sufficient enough, so that scroll works.
6. Choose Control > Test Movie

Similarly, make changes in "Services" section.

 Editing "Clients" section.

e.g. : To change name of Client-1 URL title.

1. Choose Window > Library
2.
Select Folder Scroll > Clients >    Client-1
3. Double click on the movie clip - Client1
4. At frame 1 there is an action "Set Variable". Place the text in the Value field.
Similarly, make changes for other clients

e.g. : To change Client-1 URL

1. Choose Window > Library
2.
Select Folder Scroll > Clients>    All Clients Movie Clip
3. Double click on the movie clip - All Clients Movie Clip.
4. Select the layer Client 1 in the Timeline.
5.

At frame 1 there is a button, double click to make changes in the action - Get URL ("http://www.client1.com")

Similarly, make changes for other clients

Editing "Contact Us" section.

e.g. :To change text of email link.

1. Choose Window > Library
2.
Select Folder Scroll > Contact Us >    email graphic
3. Double click on the graphic - email graphic and make changes in the text.

e.g. :To change Contact Us URL

1. Choose Window > Library
2.
Select Folder Scroll > Contact Us >    window contact us
3. Double click on the graphic - window contact us
4. Select the layer email address in the Timeline.
5. At frame 62 there is a button, double click to make changes in the action - Get URL ("mailto:yourcompanyname@company.com")

Editing "Feedback" section.

1. Choose Window > Library
2.
Select Folder Scroll > Feedback > Feedback text >    Feedback text
3. Double click on the movie clip - Feedback text
4. Select the layer submit in the Timeline.
5. At frame 1 there is a submit button.
6. Double click on submit button to make changes in the action Get URL, place path of the backend script in the URL field.

 


REPLACING THE DUMMY LOGO.

1.

Each layout in the Layout Galaxy Flashy is a FLA file, containing layers which are systematically named along a well organized Library. Import Logo in any format supported by Flash 4 & above or create your logo in Flash itself and place it in the Logo graphic.
2. Choose Window > Library
3.
Select Folder Logo >    Logo graphic
4. Delete the dummy logo in the graphic and import your own logo in its place.


EDITING BACKGROUND SOUND

To change the background sound of a layout, make changes in bgsound.fla

1.

Open bgsound.fla file
2. Choose File > Import
3. In the standard import dialog box, locate and open the desired AIFF or WAV file.
4. Select the layer sound in the Timeline.
5. Select Frame 2.
6. Choose Modify > Frame and then click the Sound tab in the Frame Properties dialog box.
7. From the Sound pop-up menu, choose the name of the sound file to associate with this sound layer.
8. Choose Sync : Event
9. Enter a value in Loop to specify the number of times the sound should loop. ( Choose Loop : 9999 )
10. Press OK
11. Double click Frame 3 and click the Sound tab in the Frame Properties dialog box.
12. Choose the same sound from the Sound pop-up menu.
13. Choose Sync : Stop
14. Choose Loop : 0
15. Press OK
16. Choose Control > Test Movie
